What is 2Serve.com.au?

2Serve is an online booking portal for trades and services where you can get quotes, negotiate the quote, and book tradesman or service provider conviniently (plumber, electrician, carpenter, handyman, and so much more). You don't have to search or choose a tradesman anymore. It's quick, easy, and cheap.

Why should I use 2Serve.com.au service?

You can save your money and time at the same time by using our service. We will help you identify the problem and find the best tradesman for your needs for free. Learn more why it's better.

How much does the service cost?

You do not have to pay anything. Our tradesman booking service is free and you can get upto 3 Free Quotes. It's much more convenient than looking for tradesman/services via directories and make those phone calls.

What files I should upload?

There are no fix rules on what kind of files you should upload when posting your job. However, it is always good idea to include photo of the site, any architectural drawing or site plan, engineering or any analysis report. By uploading files you will help service providers to raise better and quicker quote.

At 2Serve you can upload different types of files.

  • JPEG (*.jpg) – This file type is usually used for photo and images
  • PDF (*.pdf) – This file type is commonly used for document and site plan
  • Ms Word (*.doc, *.docx) – This file type is best for documentation or report
  • Autocad DWG (*.dwg) – This file type is used for site plan or engineering drawing

How to upload files for my job?

At 2Serve.com.au you can upload three files for each job that you post with us. All files must be in our accepted format (*.jpg, *.pdf, *.doc, *.dwg) and the file size must be less than 1 MB. Files can be uploaded while posting the job and after you have posted your job.

During posting your job, there will be a form to upload three files. Click the "Browse" button, locate your file within your computer, and click "Open" button. Repeat this action for each photo you want. Then continue to provide other details for the job.

If you have posted the job, you can still upload or remove the files (before you book a service provider). To do that, make sure you are logged in and go to "My Account" page (Member Login and Member Account menu are accessible from the top right corner of this website). Select "My Booking" menu on your left sidebar and view detail of your booked service. You can start upload images and enter description for each photo.

If you experience difficulties in uploading the file, you can attach the files and send them to our email address enquiry@2serve.com.au. Please include the job reference number on email subject when you do this.

I have posted my job but it hasn't appeared on the website

Once you post your job details we will ensure it is complete and informative enough to produce an accurate quote before accepting it into the system. The job posting will be visible on the site by the next business day.

How to book a service provider?

There are two ways to book service provider.

  1. If you urgently need someone to come and fix the job for you, you can book a service provider. You can do this by simply Post Your Job, and there will be an option to book service provider at the end of the step. We will then contact you with a quote price from one of our service provider. Once you agree with the quote, the service provider will come to fix the job on your preferred date and time.
  2. The second way to book service provider is by posting your job and ask for quotes. If you are happy with one of the quotes, you can accept / pick the quotes and you will be automatically book the service provider.

How to cancel my booking?

If you have booked a service provider with 2Serve.com.au and you change your mind, you can cancel your booking by calling our phone number.

Why I cannot post quotes?

If you are a service provider and cannot post a quote. This occurs when your account is not fully activated. In order to fully activate the account you will need to call 2Serve.com.au on (03) 9572 0698 and provide additional details which may be required.

Why do I need to give my credit card details?

As service provider, you may need to provide us with your credit card details. At 2Serve.com.au we require this information for security purposes when providing jobs for the customer. No amount will be charged to your credit card until we have invoiced you and received your signed consent.
